The millennial founder initiated the youthful spirit, boundless energy and dared to make a difference.

Lived in the US for nearly 8 years, Mr. Nguyen Tan Danh had various valuable experiences from a good education in a foreign country. Graduated in business administration from the University of San Francisco and worked with Catalyst SF – one of the most prestigious marketing companies in the US, he has gained an innovative mindset and global perspective views.

With profound knowledge and skills, he returned to Vietnam and focused on researching and analyzing the market at big companies of investment and finance such as Openasia Fund and Viet Capital Securities Company. He had also accumulated 6 years of experience in the real estate industry while holding key positions at Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company – top 50 most effective companies and one of the leading real estate brands in Vietnam with 17 years of development. During his time here, he had contributed his talent in diverse areas such as investment analysis and sales in various roles: Deputy General Director, Member of the Board of Directors, Vice Chairman, Executive Advisor, etc. His restless dedication was presented in many prestigious projects such as Everrich, Infinity, Nhon Hoi Ecological Park, Ky Co Gateway…

Not settling for what he has achieved, he eventually founded Filmore with the aspiration to set a distinct real estate brand in the market. A brand that was born to touch the souls and appreciate artistic values. He believed that, “It doesn’t matter about how much money we make. It’s more important how we create the product with how great quality is”.

Apart from his roles as Chairman of Filmore Real Estate Joint Stock Company, Vice Chairman of Phat Dat Real Estate Joint Stock Company, Mr. Danh also holds the position of Vice Chairman of Akyn Service Trading Investment Joint Stock Company.

Doan Viet Dai Tu

Mr. Tu has worked in financial and real estate consulting and investment for more than 30 years in Australia, France, and Vietnam. Since 1986, he is also the co-founder of IPA Network, which specializes in advising European companies to invest in Sydney, Australia.

In 1998, Mr. Tu, a co-founder of Openasia, bought the business from Lazard Frères, a French investment bank. A distribution ecosystem is part of Openasia Group, which currently has more than 25 years of experience in the luxury and lifestyle sectors. provides distribution for high-end products like Hermès, Patek Philippe, Chopard, Saint Laurent, Kenzo, HUGO, BOSS, B&O, or luxury vehicles like Audi and yachts (Azimut) … in the most prominent areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Apart from his roles as a Vice Chairman of the BOD Filmore Real Estate Joint Stock Company, Mr. Dai Tu also holds the position of Chairman and co-founder, of Openasia Group, Member of the Board, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation, Chairman of Vien Ba Company Limited, General Director of Tam Son Yachting Company Limited.

Through the investment of Openasia into Filmore, Doan Viet Dai Tu said “For many years, Openasia has brought the best brands with international standard products to Vietnam to serve customers. I strongly believe that with the investment and companionship of Filmore, we will together raise the benchmark of enjoyment and lifestyle of Vietnamese customers.”

He graduated with a Master of Business Administration at Paris IX – Dauphine University.

Le Viet Ha

Mr. Le Viet Ha is a rare leadership profile distinguished by a strong convergence of systems engineering expertise and hands-on operational excellence. Graduating with Distinction in Software Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology, he brings to Filmore’s Board of Directors a structured, systems-driven mindset-anchored in the language of technology and optimization.

His Professional journey has been shaped within some of the most disciplined and high-performing environments:

• At Mekong Capital: Serving in an investment role, he cultivated a globally aligned approach to corporate governance, with a strong emphasis on value assessment and capital discipline.
• At Pizza 4P’s: As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Mr. Ha brought strategic operational thinking from one of Vietnam’s most iconic service brands. The brand’s ability to maintain exceptional consistency in quality while rapidly scaling its network stands as a testament to his capability in building and managing high-standard systems.

Mr. Ha’s presence is expected to empower Filmore Development to shatter the boundaries of traditional operations, while simultaneously elevating the company’s strategic investment planning and the seamless integration of technology into project management systems.
