On October 27, 2020, FILMORE Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (Investor) and DELTA Construction Group (Construction Unit) held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of The Filmore Da Nang project at Lot B1-1-8, Area B1-1, Residential – Hotel – Apartment and Service Trade 2/9, Binh Thuan Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang.

The Filmore Da Nang is a luxury apartment project (condominium) with a total area of ​​​​about 1,504 m2, a construction floor area of ​​​​more than 22,600 m2, residential floor area of ​​​​about 12,876 m2 with 03 basements and 25 floors.
