Filmore and other sponsors across the country had supported Da Nang city to prevent and control the Covid-19 pandemic.
In the early days of August 2020, the whole country faced a new surge of Covid-19 pandemic, especially in the center of Da Nang city. With the spirit of mutual love and solidarity, Filmore, as the investor of The Filmore Da Nang project, had supported the city with a total value of 600,000,000 VND on August 6, 2020.
Specifically, Filmore donated 200,000,000 VND and Chairman Nguyen Tan Danh personally contributed 400,000,000 VND. Filmore’s representative – Mr. Truong Le Hung (Project Management Board of The Filmore Da Nang) gave this donation to the representative of the People’s Committee of Da Nang city.
This meaningful act of Filmore’s leaders and employees demonstrated the enterprise’s social responsibility to promptly support and share with the community in the battle against the pandemic.
On behalf of the city’s leaders and people, Vice Chairman of People’s Committee Tran Van Mien expressed his appreciation for the timely concern, cooperation and support of the banks, businesses and individuals in the fight against the pandemic during this difficult period. According to him, over the past time, Da Nang had received the attention and drastic guidance of the Government and central ministries, with the cooperation and contributions of many organizations, businesses and individuals for the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic. This was a great source of encouragement and motivation for the city to overcome the pandemic and bring back a peaceful life to the people.
