• Design management by project sequence and professional task: Participate in drafting interior design project tasks.
• Contribute to developing handover standards and design requirements related to interior design for project segments.
• Contribute to the direction of interior design concepts; consult management on design trends.
• Coordinate the provision of information and necessary interior design documents to relevant departments during estimation and budgeting in the contractor selection process, ensuring design costs remain within the approved budget.
• Support the construction management team in addressing design issues submitted by interior contractors during the construction phase.
• Manage and archive submission documents from Interior Design Consultants.
• Manage contractors providing interior design services: Participate in developing contractor management systems, evaluating capabilities and selecting contractors.
• Contribute to developing regulations and quality control criteria for design documents; participate in managing and evaluating design document quality at each phase.
• Participate in meetings, manage progress and ensure coordination among consultants.
• Support management in proposing alternative material solutions to ensure project budgets.
• Coordinate with interior design consultants to address project-related issues during bidding and construction implementation phases.
• Conduct practical testing of material samples and finished interior products; report findings to management.
• Update and advise management on interior design trends and new material trends applicable to projects.
• Perform other tasks as required by line manager.

• Education: University degree or above in Interior Design.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Interior Design and interior construction techniques. Knowledge of local and international suppliers, manufacturers and available products.
• Certificates: N/A.
• Professional experience: 05 years of experience in interior design or equivalent.
• Management experience: N/A.
• Skills: Proficient in English for work purposes. Strong aesthetic sense. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop, Acrobat. Application of AI in interior design. Analytical and problem-solving skills; teamwork and interdepartmental coordination skills.
