Project Marketing
- Conduct market research, segmentation, target, brand positioning for upcoming projects
- Build and implementing marketing plans for FMR’s projects.
- Implement appropriate marketing strategy to ensure brand profitability
- Build and control budget
Develop and implementation of MARKETING COLLATERALS
- Logo & Brand guideline
- Marketing collaterals such as print ad/ billboard/ brochure/ Mini brochure/ leaflet/ unit layout…
- Key visual & design guidelines, Photography, CGIs
- Marketing videos, TVC, introduction film, Animation, AI app…
- Website/ fb/ social platforms
Develop idea/concept/ budget/ content/ plan of all PROJECT MARKETING ACTIVITIES and supervisor/ execution
- Marketing story and plan
- Event activities such as launching/ training/ sales/ mini/ corporate…
- Media/ digital and pr plans/ campaigns
- Social activities/ EDM/Email Marketing
- Supervisor all production items such as hoarding/ billboard/ signage/ marketing collaterals
- Budget control and campaign evaluation
- Manage crisis of project
- Work with sales agents to develop sales support campaigns

- Build and maintain good relationship with vendors,
- Lead and train the team
