ROLE AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting Management
- Check all journal entries entered the accounting software.
- Compile cost statistics for the company’s investment and operational activities.
- Ensuring the implementation of management reports and other reports (financial reports, statistical, profit/loss estimation, tax, management, and other reports) in accordance with legal requirements, periodic schedules, management board requirements, and the company’s management system.
- Archiving information, documents, records, vouchers, data, and reports related to payments in accordance with legal regulations and company policies.
Tax and Audit Management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports, including VAT, CIT, WHT and other necessary reports.
- Provide and explain data to tax authorities.
- Provide and explain data to auditors and check annual audit reports.
Perform other assigned tasks by Chief Accountant.
