Propose and develop an effective IT system development strategy and roadmap for the company

• Consult on IT solutions and provide IT services for the entire company.
• Develop a roadmap for the development of IT services tailored to each business area, IT architecture, IT solutions, ensuring that the systems and applications align with the established architecture.
• Consult on the implementation of IT infrastructure, solutions, and IT services for Departments, Units, and Projects of the Company.
• Advise and provide recommendations to the leadership on the application of new technology strategies in the company’s business areas

Software Application Management

• Lead, deploy software and applications; build and manage the company’s website system.
• Preside over the installation and handover of supplier programs and test runs of programs by relevant units within the Company.
• Manage the Company’s software (in terms of copyright, quantity, technology, users).

Digital Transformation Management.

• Develop and manage the digital transformation plan for each stage of the company’s development.
• Lead develop plans, and operate the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system – with a focus on SAP.
• Manage the operation and improvement of the ERP system – SAP software

Manage network and database systems.

• Develop plans and manage the activities of IT infrastructure, network, and telecommunications equipment systems to ensure the highest possible level of continuous operation.
• Establish and manage processes for cybersecurity monitoring strategies, policies, compliance controls, and the issuance of technical standards for network management systems.
• Responsible for the operation of the entire network system.
• Advise and consult with leaders on new technologies for network infrastructure.

Perform other assigned tasks by BOD.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT.
• Knowledge:
  • Understanding of IT architecture.
  • Familiarity with the implementation and operation of ERP (SAP).
  • Understanding of network security.
• Professional certifications: Degree, certifications in IT (network security, network system management, network operation procedures, etc.).
• Experience: 10 years (with at least 5 years in an equivalent position) in the real estate sector, or preference for candidates with experience in multinational companies/groups.
• Proficient in English with advanced skills in the four language competencies.
