ROLE AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Sales Management.
- To develop sales strategies/plans that are aligned with the company’s strategy and market trends.
- Take the lead in managing sales strategy and planning.
- Take the lead in managing sales operations.
- Manage the operation of the sales office.
Customer Service.
- Develop, implement, and monitor regulations, processes, and documentation, including forms, related to sales.
- Update/report relevant information regarding sales activities.
- Manage and implement sales support activities such as deposit/booking, basket allocation, and product launch support operations.
- Manage after-sales activities.
Customer Care.
- Take the lead in managing customer care activities.
- Perform product handover and oversee operations.
- Carry out the process of handing over the certificate of ownership/property rights to customers.
Operation management and product handover.
- Develop and implement product delivery plans, control and manage operations at projects.
- Manage and implement procedures related to issuance of asset ownership certificates and handover of assets to customers.
- Manage and implement resident care programs.
Manage activities of the Business Development Department
- Ensure all activities of the Business Development Department are implemented effectively and achieve business goals.
- Manage the Sales team, Dealer Management, Customer Service, assign work and ensure cooperation and personal development within the department.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
