ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project planning, design planning, and design implementation management in accordance with the overall project schedule.

  • Overseeing and controlling the overall design work.
  • Managing design consultants to ensure the progress and budget of the design.
  • Monitoring and supervising the design-related contents to serve legal and business purposes.

Managing the quality and progress of design to meet the business objectives of the Company.

  • Checking/monitoring all issued documents including: design tasks, design documents for legal purposes, review, appraisal, bidding, and construction.

Assessing the capacity of design consultants to ensure that they are in line with the design requirements, budget, and feasibility for each project.

  • Building a design management system, standardizing design, and standardizing design materials.
  • Evaluating and selecting design consultants
  • Managing the design budget of the project to ensure efficiency

Managing the legal procedures for design in accordance with the development/implementation plan of the project in each phase.

  • Managing the implementation of legal procedures: planning, design approval, connection agreement, and construction permit.

Managing the activities of the Design Management Department

  • Ensuring that all activities of the Design Management Department are implemented effectively and achieve business objectives.
  • Managing the staff of the Design Management Department, assigning work, and ensuring cooperation and individual development in the department.

Perform other tasks as required by BOD.


QUALIFICATION

Education: Education Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or Urban Planning.

Knowledge:

  • Project design management.
  • Experience in construction design and site management.
  • Proficient in current design standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge of building materials for project completion.
  • Preferably familiar with technical aspects of high-rise residential buildings.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in the real estate business sector

Professional experience: Professional experience: 10 years of experience in construction design and urban planning.

Management experience: 5 years of experience in a similar position, managing a team of at least 3 employees.

Specific skills/ Other requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • English proficiency for professional use;
  • Leadership and communication skills;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities;
  • Ability to adapt to change;
  • Understanding of the labor market in the real estate industry, etc.
