ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Main mission

  • Manage and control the construction progress of the Company’s projects according to the overall plan
  • Organize and arrange personnel to control the investor’s Project Management Boards in compliance with progress, quality, labor and environmental safety.
  • Organize, operate, direct, manage and control projects in all aspects of progress, quality, volume, cost, aesthetics, risks, environment, construction, completion, handover, and project warranty.
  • Take charge of handling construction/project incidents.
  • Organize inspection of arising values and submit for approval arising during the construction process.
  • Organize monitoring and checking quality, volume and completion records during the contractor’s construction process.
  • Develop and apply policies/regulations, procedures/processes/work instructions related to the management of construction and equipment installation contractors and related consulting units.
  • Developing construction technology to increase economic efficiency for the project.
  • Proposing measures to handle errors or risks that have occurred and measures to prevent errors.

Manage activities of the Construction Management Department

  • Ensure all activities of the Construction Management Department are implemented effectively and achieve business goals.
  • Manage the Construction Management Department staff, assign work and ensure cooperation and personal development within the department.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.


QUALIFICATION

Education: Graduated from a university or higher with a degree in Construction/Project Management.

Knowledge: Have a good understanding of regulations, codes, and standards for professional design.

Professional experience :

  • More than 10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience working with major property developers and conglomerates.

Management experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Proficient in the following software: AutoCad, MS Office (Word/ Excel/ Power Point).

Proficient in English for working purposes.

Excellent in summarizing, analyzing, and assessing; good at drafting documents.

Good at negotiating; good at working independently and in teams.

Good at presenting, persuading, communicating, and building relationships.

Honest, team spirit, responsibility, and enthusiasm in work.
